Upper portions of Lincoln Drive Park were opened at 4 p.m. Friday by the city of Grand Forks in conjunction with the Grand Forks Park District.
The upper portions of the park include the warming house, playground, and parking lot.
The rest of the Greenway and the lower portions of Lincoln Drive Park, including the dog park, remain closed until further notice.
