Polk County Public Heath offered doses of H1N1 vaccine Monday afternoon to pregnant women and children ages 6 months to 4 years.

Polk County Public Health announced Monday they are immediately canceling the following services to free up staff to deal with the H1N1 pandemic: foot care, blood pressure clinics, dental varnishing, lead testing and routine immunization clinics.

Family planning clients are urged to call before coming to walk-in clinics to see if they are still scheduled.
