Grand Forks Police are investigating an early morning robbery that reportedly occurred at a local hotel Friday morning.
The robbery was reported at about 4:30 a.m. Friday, when employees at the Springhill Suites at 2837 S.42nd St., said a man wearing all white clothing with a masked face entered the building during a power outage and passed a desk clerk a note demanding money, according to a press release.
No weapon was used during the robbery, and no one was harmed.
The suspect, described as a slim man standing between 5 feet 6 inches tall and 5 feet 8 inches tall, fled the scene before officers arrived.
