Police say 39-year-old Kevin S. Smith from Grand Forks was killed Wednesday evening in an all-terrain vehicle rollover.
The crash happened about 9 p.m. Wednesday as the ATV rolled over several times on the 4900 block of Silvergate Drive in Grand Forks. The area is west of Interstate 29 off Gateway Drive.
Authorities say Smith wasn't wearing a helmet, and he was pronounced dead at the scene after being found unresponsive.
Emergency medical personnel responded from Altru Hospital and the Grand Forks Fire Department.
The Grand Forks Police Department and the North Dakota Highway Patrol continue to investigate the crash.
