A Grand Forks man who failed to register as a sexual offender will serve 89 days in jail.
Brandon Jon Kuntz, 23, was sentenced Wednesday in Grand Forks County District Court to serve 90 days, with credit for one day served.
He will have 275 days of his sentence suspended for three years while he is on probation.
Kuntz was judged a high-risk offender after pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition in 2010.
He was staying at the Northlands Rescue Mission late last year, but left and didn't notify Grand Forks police.
