Two high-risk sex offenders have moved into Grand Forks, the police department said Friday.
Lee Patrick Farrell, 39, now lives at 802 N. Fifth St. No. 1. Roy Allen Feist, 46, now lives at 914 S. 17th St.
Farrell was recently released from prison. He was convicted of sexual assault in 2006 for having sex with a 16-year-old girl and possession of child pornography in 2004, according to state records.
Feist was convicted of indecent exposure in 2003 and corruption of a minor in 1986 for having sex with a 15-year-old, according to state records.
A state panel determined that both men are at high risk to re-offend. State law requires police to notify the public of their residence.
