FERGUS FALLS, Minn.
A Pelican Rapids, Minn., man is in critical condition in Sanford Health in Fargo after falling from a school bus converted to a party bus early Sunday morning, the county sheriff's office reported today.
Raul Patino, 24, fell from the moving bus on 165th Avenue, northwest of Erhard, Minn., and just south of County Highway 28, around 1:40 a.m.
Foul play is not suspected and it appears that alcohol was a factor, according to the sheriff's office.
He was taken by air to Sanford's Fargo hospital after the fall. Authorities are unsure at this time if charges will be filed.
