Pawlenty to stump for Republicans Monday in NW Minnesota

Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and House Minority Leader Marty Seifert, 4-Marshall, will be in northwest Minnesota Monday to stump for Republican legislative candidates.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and House Minority Leader Marty Seifert, 4-Marshall, will be in northwest Minnesota Monday to stump for Republican legislative candidates.

Pawlenty and Seifert on Monday will start out in Thief River Falls, lending support to Republican Steve Lillestol, who hopes to oust freshman Rep. Dave Olin, DFL-Thief River Falls in House 1A, Seifert said.

The two will then head to Bemidji to support House 4A candidate John Carlson and House 2B candidate Doug Lindgren, and then later to Little Falls to support Republican candidates there.
