Matt Jones (2002-05)
Jones scored his first NHL goal Saturday night for the Phoenix Coyotes. It came just a couple of days after the Coyotes called Jones up from the AHL's San Antonio Rampage because of injuries. The defenseman from Lisle, Ill., who owns a home in Grand Forks, played 16 NHL games last year and had two assists.
