The southbound lane on the 2700 block of South Columbia Road in Grand Forks will be closed to traffic today as workers repair the street's heat pressure.
Construction workers started the project at about 1:30 p.m. Maintenance is scheduled to go for about four hours, city spokeswoman Sharyl Simeone said.
The work will end late afternoon, and signs will be up to redirect traffic during this time.
A complete street replacement is scheduled for a later date.
