MOORHEAD-A North Dakota sheriff is charged in Clay County District Court with disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting stemming from an incident in a Dilworth bar in May.
Court records show Travis A. Paeper, 43, of Forman, N.D., was charged Monday, June 6, with a single count relating to an altercation that occurred May 14.
Also charged with disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting in connection with the incident is Karen L. Beyer, 50, of Moorhead.
Paeper, who was charged by citation, has a court appearance scheduled for July 5.
Beyer, who also was charged by citation, has a court appearance scheduled for July 12.
