The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has lifted all "no-travel" advisories across the state.

A travel alert remains in effect for Grand Forks, Fargo and Valley City and surrounding areas.

Difficult driving conditions persist throughout the Red River Valley and beyond, as snow and ice are compacted on roads.

In extreme northwest North Dakota, U.S. Highway 85 is blocked from the junction of N.D. Highway 50 north of Williston to N.D. Highway 5 because of heavy snow drifts. In addition, N.D. Highway 50 is blocked from the junction of U.S. 85 to N.D. 42 near Alamo, N.D., because of a traffic incident.
