Grand Forks firefighters could not save the garage of an Olson Drive home Friday after it caught fire, injuring no one, according to the Grand Forks Fire Department.
Firefighters received a report of an attached garage on fire just after 11 p.m. Friday at 2612 Olson Drive, according to a press release from the fire department.
When firefighters arrived on scene, the garage was engulfed in flames, and smoke was coming from the home's attic vents, the release says.
The garage was destroyed in the fire, and the home suffered fire and smoke damage, the release says, but no one was injured.
Grand Forks County's website shows the home is owned by an Eric Hansen.

The fire department is still investigating the cause of the fire.
Grand Forks Police Department and Altru Ambulance were on scene to assist, according to the release.
