No new information has been released regarding a reported sexual assault in Grand Forks this past weekend.
A 13-year-old girl reported to Grand Forks police Sunday that a man she didn't know pushed her to the ground and sexually assaulted her near the Gateway Terrace Trailer Park on her walk home from the Sta-Mart on Gateway Drive.
Police describe the man as a Hispanic or Native American male in his late teens or early 20s, with black hair and sideburns down to the lower part of his ears and a scar under his left eye. The man is tall and thin, according to police, about 6 feet to 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing about 200 to 215 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, a black T-shirt with cut-off sleeves and white or gray sweatpants and tennis shoes.
