A plastic panel covering a large ceiling light fixture at the Grand Forks Public Library fell to the floor this morning.
A library employee said no one was hurt, but library staff and patrons were startled by the incident. The employee, who declined to give her name, said plastic panels occasionally fall from lights at the library.
