A Newfolden, Minn., man has been charged with three counts related to the use of pornography involving under-age victims.
Justin Robert Adelmann, 29, made his first court appearance Tuesday in Warren, Minn., on three felony charges: using minors in a sexual performance or a pornographic work, possessing pornographic images of a minor on computer and disseminating pornographic work involving a minor victim.
The charges carry a maximum penalty, in first offense, of 10 years, seven years and five years, respectively.
Adelmann remains in the Marshall County jail in Warren, according to a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office.
