The members of the North Dakota University System Foundation Board of Trustees have been named, according to an announcement on the group's website.
The foundation was revived in December with a balance of $66 after lying dormant in recent years. It was originally created in 1991 to support NDUS programs, activities and services.
Board members are State Board of Higher Education Chairwoman Kathleen Neset, SBHE member Kevin Melicher, Minot lawyer Jon Backes, Sen. Erin Oban, D-Bismarck, Rep. Cynthia Schreiber Beck, R-Wahpeton, Bismarck State College President Larry Skogen and Dakota Medical Foundation Treasurer Mike Warner.
NDUS Chancellor Mark Hagerott will serve as an ex-officio member and NDUS Chief Financial Officer Tammy Dolan will serve as the board's secretary and treasurer.
