FARGO - The executive director of North Dakota State University's fundraising operation was arrested early today for drunk driving.

Jim Miller, 61, was stopped by Fargo police just after midnight today at the Stop-N-Go at Fourth Avenue and 10th Street North, said Lt. Pat Claus.

Miller did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Miller came under fire this fall for cost overruns with the NDSU president's house, which the NDSU Development Foundation oversaw.

The foundation is the private fundraising arm of NDSU. Miller has worked for the foundation since 1982.
