FARGO -- North Dakota State, a team that is hurt mentally with three losses in its last four games, took on more physical injuries on Saturday.
Two of the players are familiar to the list: middle linebacker Tyler Henry and strong safety Cyrus Lemon may both be lost for the second time this season.
Henry sprained his ankle in the 27-22 loss to Western Illinois and currently is in a walking cast. He missed two games with a knee injury. Lemon has a shoulder injury, which came on top of playing hurt and missing several quarters with a hip pointer.
The situation looks even more ominous at left tackle, where starter Gerry Ebel and top backup Michael Arndt are questionable at best for the Panthers.
Ebel has some type of back injury and Arndt also sprained his ankle. Head coach Craig Bohl said Monday he wasn't sure who would start in their place. Bohl did say true freshman Preston Evans will start at middle linebacker.
