The North Dakota Fraternal Order of Police has endorsed Democratic Rep. Earl Pomeroy as he campaigns against Republican challenger Rick Berg, Pomeroy announced Wednesday.
Grant Benjamin, president of the group, said in a letter to Pomeroy that the incumbent "has always supported law enforcement, not only from our state but from across the United States."
