N.D. Highway 17 bridge over Red River closed

The bridge across the Red River on North Dakota Highway 17 about 12 miles east of Grafton has been closed, the state Department of Transportation said today.

There is water on the roadway on the Minnesota side of the river. Motorists will have to use an alternate route.
