MOORHEAD – A 57-year-old Moorhead man with a prior conviction for sexually assaulting a child admitted in Clay County District Court Thursday to sexually touching a young girl he was baby-sitting.
Bradley Steven Hines pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct for the incident, which happened last year near Sabin and involved a girl who was under 13.
Hines also pleaded guilty to a count of failing to register as a predatory offender for not keeping authorities up to date on where he was living during a period of time last year.
Judge Galen Vaa held off accepting the pleas pending sentencing on the charges, which was set for March 31.
As part of a plea agreement, other charges Hines was facing are to be dismissed.

Hines was convicted in 1996 in Clay County of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a victim who was not yet 16 at the time.
