There's a new detour on Minnesota Highway 92 south of Bagley as work crews replace a culvert and resurface the road, the state Department of Transportation said.
Only local residents and drivers accessing businesses can access the closed area, which will remain closed for about a month. Resurfacing will continue after this and be completed in October, weather permitting.
