Grand Forks, N.D. - After two years in the works, Minnkota Power Cooperative is almost ready for move into its new home.
Building is almost complete at Minnkota Power Cooperative's new corporate complex on 32nd Avenue South.
The $65 million building will be 250,000 square feet. They're excited to accommodate more growth, trucks, and bigger equipment.
"Outside workers, alignment and electricians and guys that need shop space and so on, should be a significant improvement, we're going to move into a consolidated space rather than having those guys spread out over four or five areas,” said Minnkota CEO Mac McLennan.
The company hopes to be done with development and ready for move in by November.
