A Detroit Lakes, Minn., woman is facing felony charges after allegedly forwarding nude photos of an underage Detroit Lakes student to other people.
Stephanie Raelyn Johnson-Jonason, 18, is facing a felony disseminate pornographic work charge.
According to the complaint filed with Becker County District Court, on Oct. 29, 2015, an officer with the Detroit Lakes Police Department was notified that nude photographs of a juvenile female had been distributed to other students.
The officer spoke with the juvenile female, who admitted to sending nude photos of herself to a male. According to the report, the officer learned that the photograph was subsequently sent to Johnson-Jonason, who admitted to police that she sent the photos to two other students because she was mad at the juvenile.
She faces a maximum of seven years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
