Evan Massmann had 31 carries for 271 yards and four touchdowns to lead Win-E-Mac to a 29-7 home victory over Nevis in the Minnesota Section 6 9-man football playoffs Tuesday.
Massmann scored twice on 55-yard runs.
"He's a tough kid," Patriots coach Jeremy Morgenroth said. "He's not very big, but he runs hard. He has the ability to turn on the jets in the open field."
Win-E-Mac controlled the line of scrimmage for the majority of the game.
"We played a physical game up front," Morgenroth said. "The guys came out and were very aggressive. That's a good sign this time of the year."

The Patriots led 15-0 at halftime before adding 14 third-quarter points.
Nevis' lone touchdown came late in the fourth quarter on a Matt Beach 3-yard run.
Win-E-Mac (5-4) is at Ada-Borup in Saturday's semifinals.
Ada-Borup 54, Ulen-Hitterdal 8: Quarterback Spencer Ruebke had two touchdown runs and combined for 136 yards of total offense to lead Ada-Borup over visiting Ulen-Hitterdal.
Ruebke scored on 7- and 1-yard runs and finished with 51 yards rushing on six carries. He was 6-for-10 passing for 85 yards.
Payton Kujava scored on a 42-yard run to open the scoring for Ada-Borup, followed by Ruebke's TD runs and a 2-yard Aaron Olson score for a 28-0 lead after the first quarter.
Kujava also had three receptions for 47 yards.
Yuri Johnson rushed for 30 yards on eight carries, including a 4-yard score in the second quarter.

"The effort on both sides of the football was very good tonight," Ada-Borup coach Mike Gullingsrud said. "Our kids on the starting standpoint got a good half in, and after that the younger guys came in and played awfully well, too."
Ada-Borup's Bill Atwood scored on a 6-yard run and Jace Hennen ran 64 yards for the last score.
Waubun 69, Laporte 6: Floyd DeGroat ran for 97 yards on six carries and a touchdown to lead Waubun over visiting Laporte.
Tyler Voss ran for two touchdowns and racked up 69 yards on five attempts for Waubun, which led 48-6 at halftime.
Among Waubun's other scores came on a Stephen Stone 55-yard touchdown run and a Sam Lerud 72-yard interception return.
Also scoring for Waubun were Izaak Bray (34- and 5-yard runs), Kellen McArthur (42-yard run), Adam LaDue (80-yard run) and Tanner Voss (9-yard run).
Matt Christopherson scored the lone TD for Laporte on an 8-yard run.
Norman County East 20, Norman County West 18: Alex Sather rushed for two touchdowns, including the game-winner in the fourth quarter, to lead Norman County East to the road victory against Norman County West.

Sather also threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Ryan Lampton.
Tim Long had all three of Norman County West scores on runs of 62, 6 and 27 yards.
Norman County East is at Waubun on Saturday.
