BEMIDJI – A 71-year-old Longville man was killed in a one-car rollover Tuesday night in Cass County.
At 10:55 p.m., the Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash scene on 12th Avenue Northeast in Kego Township in rural Longville, a release said. A 1999 Ford Explorer had rolled and turned on its side in the road. Two people were in the Explorer.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released pending notification of family. The passenger, Joseph White, 28, of Longville, was treated and released, the release said. Longville is about 63 miles southeast of Bemidji.
Assisting at the scene were the Longville Fire Department, Lake County First Responders and North Memorial Ambulance.
