A Mentor, Minn., man has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two girls.
Evert Armstrong Jr., 31, is set to be sentenced Jan. 31 in Red Lake Falls, Minn., on two charges of criminal sexual conduct.
Four other similar charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement, according to a news release from the Red Lake County Sheriff's Office.
In one case, the abuse started in May 2006 when the girl was 10 years old and ended in June of this year when she was 14, according to criminal complaints.
In the other case, the sexual contact occurred in June and July when the girl was 11 years old, the complaints say.
