Minnesota State-Mankato goaltender Mike Zacharias stopped 37 shots in a 2-2 overtime tie with Michigan Tech on Friday in Mankato.
The Mavericks (9-15-5, 6-11-4 WCHA) led 2-0 after the first period, but the Huskies came back on goals by Tyler Shelast and Jimmy Kerr. Kerr scored a 5-on-3 power-play goal to tie the game at 7:40 of the third period.
The Huskies (12-13-4, 7-10-4) outshot the Mavericks 39-16.
The Mavericks built their lead, starting with Travis Morin's power-play goal at 5:10. Jon Kalinski scored shorthanded at 14:12. Kalinski's goal was his fourth shorthanded goal of the season, tying a school record. He also assisted on Morin's goal.
Shelast cut Tech's deficit in half at 1:18 of the second period. Peter Rouleau had two assists for Michigan Tech. Michael-Lee Teslak made 14 saves for the Huskies.

Colorado College 2, Wisconsin 1, OT: Mike Testwuide scored in overtime to give Colorado College the home victory against Wisconsin.
Ben Street scored in the first period for Wisconsin.
Andreas Vlassopoulos tied the game in the third period for Colorado College.
Denver 5, Minnesota-Duluth 2: Rhett Rakhshani and Tyler Ruegsegger scored third-period goals to help the Pioneers get the home victory against Duluth.
