FARGO, ND - Three men were involved in a bar fight Friday night that spilled out into an alleyway, where one man was thrown through a window.

The Fargo Police Department says that fight started at Dempsey's Public House around 12:24 p.m.

Three men, all 21-years-old, began fighting inside the bar area until they were kicked out by staff. Once outside the rear of the establishment they continued to fight in the back alley.

The fight moved towards the back of White Banner Uniforms, where one man was thrown through a window of that establishment.

That man suffered serious cuts but refused medical attention. Police say no one was arrested and no charges were filed.

Authorities estimate damage to the window will cost $4,000.
