One of three people charged in a downtown Grand Forks mugging was sentenced Monday to a year in jail and five years of supervised probation.
Craig Anderson, 22, pleaded guilty to charges of robbery, spitting on a police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Derek Metzger, 22, and Ann Marie McKay, 40, were also charged in the incident that occurred in May around the 1200 block of First Avenue North.
In September, Metzger was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of supervised probation, and McKay was ordered to serve four months in jail and two years of unsupervised probation.
Police said Metzger, McKay and Anderson confronted two men they apparently did not know and mugged one of them, taking his wallet and cell phone.
