FAIRFAX, Minn. -- The person killed in a power line accident Monday in west-central Minnesota has been identified as a St. Paul Park man.
The Renville County Sheriff’s Office reported that Brett D. Binman, 26, formerly of North St. Paul, died from injuries suffered at a power line worksite northeast of Fairfax.
Another man, Joshua M. Roberts, 24, of Osseo, Wis., was injured and remains hospitalized at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
The accident was reported around 8:45 a.m. Monday along the CAPX 2020 power line.

An investigation is being conducted by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the sheriff’s office.
