Cass County, N.D. – One man is facing charges for DUI after rolling his vehicle in Richland County this morning.
In a release from the Cass County Sheriff’s office, officers responded to a one-vehicle rollover on State Hwy 46 and 172nd Avenue SE at approximately 5:25 this morning.
34-year-old Christopher Welle was traveling north on 170th Avenue Southeast in Richland County and failed to stop at State Hwy 46; ultimately rolling his vehicle into the ditch.
Deputies conducted a field sobriety testing based on observations and arrested Welle for Driving under the Influence.
Welle was transported to a Fargo hospital and was then transported to the Cass County Jail.
