A Grand Forks man was charged with possession of obscene material involving minors after he brought his computer to a local business for repair, according to court records.

Paul Hill, 42, was arrested this month on charges stemming from an incident that occurred April 8.

He posted a $500 cash bond on one of the charges Wednesday. The other charges call for a $5,000 bond each. Hill won't have to pay the money unless he doesn't show for further court appearances.

The first count is a Class A misdemeanor, the other 10 counts are Class C felonies.

Hill is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7.
