MINNEAPOLIS -- One man has been arrested for the murder of a Minneapolis man on Monday.

Nigeria Lee Harvey, 23, is being held on charges of murder and attempted murder after he allegedly exchanged gunfire from one car with Omarr Deon Johnson, who was in another car, in north Minneapolis shortly after midnight Monday, Minneapolis police say.

Both vehicles were already gone when officers arrived at North 34th Avenue and North Morgan Avenue in Minneapolis shortly after midnight but officers found Johnson dead near the intersection.

Investigators say the occupants of two vehicles were in a dispute when they pulled over at the intersection. It’s believed that people got out of both vehicles and fired at each other.
