A Grand Forks man faces a terrorizing charge after police say he brandished a knife to two others Thursday near the Greenway downtown.
According to Grand Forks Police, officers were called to Riverboat Road around 4:15 p.m. for a report of a disturbance involving multiple people. Officers learned that a man had threatened two people with a knife. Officers located the suspect, Charles Murphy Gibbons, 38, and took him into custody.
Gibbons was booked in the Grand Forks County jail on potential terrorizing charges, police said.
