Man arrested in gun-firing incident in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. - A man was arrested in Fargo after firing a handgun through the roof of his van in the parking lot of the Southeast Human Service Center.

FARGO, N.D. - A man was arrested in Fargo after firing a handgun through the roof of his van in the parking lot of the Southeast Human Service Center.

Authorities say the 57-year-old man was a patient there.

No one was hurt in the incident Monday afternoon. Police say the man waved the gun around and threatened to harm himself, but officers were able to disarm him without incident.

The man was arrested on a reckless endangerment charge.
