Man arrested for DUI after pickup rolls near Casselton, N.D.

CASSELTON, N.D. - A 28-year-old man who allegedly was involved in a hit-and-run accident was arrested on suspicion of DUI after rolling his pickup in a field south of Casselton, according to the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

CASSELTON, N.D. - A 28-year-old man who allegedly was involved in a hit-and-run accident was arrested on suspicion of DUI after rolling his pickup in a field south of Casselton, according to the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities received a call at 11:10 p.m. Sunday about a car that was rear-ended by a Toyota pickup. The car was chasing the pickup, which didn't have its lights on, 10 miles south of Casselton on State Highway 18.

The pickup rolled in a field, and deputies found the driver nearby in the field, sheriff's Capt. Rick Majerus said.

Josh McCleary of Chaffee was arrested on suspicion of DUI and driving under suspension and taken to the Cass County Jail.

McCleary was not seriously injured, Majerus said.
