Man arrested for DUI after crashing motorcycle on Grand Forks golf course

Police arrested a Grand Forks man who drove a motorcycle onto Ray Richards Golf Course after failing to make a turn.

Mark E. Gullickson, 69, was driving a 1988 Harley Davidson south on N. 42nd St. and was attempting to turn left onto DeMers Avenue just before 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Gullickson didn't make the turn and drove off of the road to the southeast, onto the golf course and came to a stop.

He was taken to Altru Hospital via ambulance for unknown injuries and was arrested for driving under the influence. Police said Gullickson was not wearing a helmet.
