FARGO - A man has been arrested after a search for suspects who fled a traffic stop in Hawley.
Fargo Police say authorities stopped a vehicle in Hawley and it fled the scene. It was found empty in Fargo.
Police used a canine to track the suspects in the area of 6th and 9th Avenue North and 3rd and Elm Street. During the search, B-J Englund was arrested for an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. He was one of the people in the vehicle.
