DICKINSON, N.D. -- The man accused of shooting another man at a Dickinson trailer park in June has been arrested at a Montana farm.

Patrick Joseph Lohan, 37, was arrested at 9 p.m. Thursday near Hardin, Mont., in relation to a Stark County warrant for armed robbery, a Class A felony.

Lohan allegedly shot a man at Huether's Villa Trailer Park in Dickinson in the early morning hours of June 20 after a verbal and physical confrontation. Dickinson police detectives had been tracking Lohan throughout the week.

After confirming his potential whereabouts, they solicited the assistance of the Big Horn County Sheriff's Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to facilitate his arrest, according to a statement.

Big Horn County authorities located him on a farmstead outside Hardin, and he was taken into custody without incident. He was being held in the Big Horn County Jail pending extradition to Stark County.
