Moorhead - A Fargo man is accused of pulling a gun on staff at a Moorhead treatment center.
Officers were called to the Anchorage Treatment Center in the 700 block of Center Avenue at 1 a.m. Friday. Police say the man tried to get a room. When employees said none were available, he pulled out a BB gun and fled when officers were called.
Police say he threw the gun during a foot chase and he was caught in the M & H parking lot in the 500 block of Main Avenue.
26-year-old Shane Curtis has been arrested for attempted burglary, assault and fleeing officers.
