MINOT, N.D. -- A 38-year-old suspect is in custody after he allegedly stabbed a man and then fled from police.
Christopher ONeal is being held on a charge of failure to halt.
The police had responded to an assault that occurred in the parking lot outside the Blind Duck bar in Minot at 12:17 a.m. Thursday. The 40-year-old male victim received a small cut to his hand from a knife. Oneal then ran from the scene, police said.
The incident is still under investigation.
