The Valley Tea Party Conservative Coalition will hold a constitutional rally Saturday morning in Grand Forks.
The event starts at 9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 4301 James Ray Drive.
The constitutional rally will feature guest speaker Richard Mack, a former sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., and a crusader for freedom and individual rights, according to a news release. He'll discuss a return to constitutional values and explain the role of a sheriff in a county.
Mack has been featured on more than 500 radio talk shows nationwide and gives seminars on constitutional issues, including gun control, law enforcement, states' rights, the drug war and the oath of office.
