FARGO - The Fargo Police Department, along with the city of Fargo, plan to announce a benefit fund for the Moszer family at 11 a.m. today in the City Commission Room at city hall.
Jason Moszer, a Fargo police officer, died Thursday after being shot during an overnight standoff Wednesday.
