After being closed for much of the spring because of floodwaters, the off-leash dog park in Lincoln Drive Park off Belmont Road and 13th Avenue South re-opened Tuesday, according to the Grand Forks Public Information Office.
The park is open between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily.
Licenses and vaccinations are required for all dogs living within the Grand Forks city lim-its and are available at Grand Forks City Hall Finance Department from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
