About eight-10ths of an inch of snow fell in Grand Forks by noon Sunday, according to the National Weather Service office.
Meteorologist Brad Hopkins said he didn't expect much more.
"Maybe an inch at most," he said.
The Grand Forks area is expecting warmer temperatures throughout the week, with a brief cool-down Tuesday, he said.
"By Thursday and Friday, highs should be in the upper 30s," he said. "That should carry into Saturday before a slight cool down. It's going to be kind of a rollercoaster."
