Lane closures at 42nd Street and DeMers in Grand Forks will be in effect Monday from 9 p.m. to midnight.
All southbound lanes of 42nd Street from DeMers to Seventh Ave. S. will be closed and traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction at the intersection of Demers and 42nd.
