Minnesota DFL-endorsed candidate for governor Margaret Anderson Kelliher will be in Crookston Thursday morning before traveling to Moorhead later in the day.
Kelliher will visit the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute in Crookston at 9:30 a.m., according to her press officials. AURI is located at 2900 University Ave. in Crookston. A press conference will follow. She will be joined by state Rep. Bernie Lieder, state Rep. Kent Eken, state Sen. Leroy Stumpf, Red Lake County Farmers Union President Steve Linder, Polk County Farmers Union President Kory Chervestad, and President of the Minnesota Farmers Union Doug Peterson and AURI Executive Director Teresa Spaeth. Kelliher will visit Moorhead later in the day to discuss flood-mitigation efforts, officials said.
