DICKINSON, N.D. -- Author Clay Jenkinson will speak Tuesday in Dickinson about North Dakota’s natural resources and issues facing the state as part of a North Dakotans for Clean Water, Wildlife and Parks Amendment series.

Jenkinson, a Dickinson native, is a scholar of Thomas Jefferson and Lewis and Clark, and is director of the Dakota Institute. He also lectures at Dickinson State University.

The speech is at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Heart River Retreat, 2475 West Broadway.
